Most of my photo collection to date was taken with a variety of older-model point-and-shoot film and digitals, the majority with the Canon A-series: A60, A80, A520. Nearly all my video comes from these cameras, as well. From 2005 I’ve also been shooting with my husband’s old Pentax K-1000 film camera from college. I finally bought an entry-level (read: affordable) DSLR in May 2007 — the Pentax K100D, which shares lenses with my K-1000. I have two lenses plus the kit 18-55mm, the Sigma 28-135mm f/3.8, Sigma 24-60mm f/2.8 and my favourite by a long shot, the Pentax 50mm f/1.7. (Update: I sold the Pentax digital equipment in April 2009, but I still shoot the analogue.)
As of September 2008, my primary camera is now the Nikon D300, and my favourite lens is the Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8.
