I’m hitting the road tomorrow after work, and it’s an 11-hour drive if you believe Google. Fingers crossed Hurricane Earl doesn’t slow me down or halt me altogether.

I shot this in Union Station with my phone and am posting from it, so maybe it won’t look the same on a computer. On my phone it looks like the railing forms the vertical part of a cross and the light source behind forms the horizontal. Seemed kind of a stretch until I saw the reflection on the left side.

I just took the last piece of ice cream from the office ice cream freezer. It’s been refilled since early June, but ice cream season is over and that’s the end of the refills.

I felt bad for taking the last one, since I’m here the least. I should be playing an ice cream truck song on a bugle or something.
