It’s a maligned neighbourhood. Lots of good stuff around Parkdale and beautiful homes, but people get the wrong impression thanks to the media.

Is this near Trinity Bellwoods? If so, it’s not Parkdale.
It’s definitely Parkdale. I live one neighbourhood over. This is Elm Grove Avenue, which runs north/south between King Street and Queen Street and is west of Dufferin. You can see this building in Google street view, it’s south of Melbourne.
Parkdale in Ottawa is quite similar, supposedly a bit sketchy yet it has lovely houses and restaurants.
