I’m still collecting the gift cards, so it’ll be a while yet… $75 won’t get me far on VIA Rail! But, I love train trips, it’ll be worth it.
I’m making 2010 a banner year for domestic travel. I travel a lot overseas and to the USA, but this year will be different. Hmmm… maybe I can convince the VIA Rail marketing department to sponsor a trip for me while I write about it and take photos.

Hi,
If you happen to pass by Montréal, let me know: I moved from Paris/France and live there now
Bye,
R. Daneel Olivaw,
The Human Robot Inside.
That’s amazing that you moved to Canada! I had no idea you wanted to come here. Thanks for letting me know, I will probably return to Montreal later this year, and hopefully see you.
Well, a long way from there … but life leads us out of the tracks sometimes.
I’m here to acquire a new part of myself and eventually ‘become who I am’
Hope to read/meet you soon
Montreal is a great trip on the train, beautiful scenery along the lake and St. Lawrence valley, as well as passing through Kingston, Ganonoque and Cornwall, all rather picturesque towns.
Some day I want to take the Canadian to Vancouver, but the price on that is rather high.
