    I’ve had a SUPER weekend, and now it’s nearly over. I just downloaded a big batch of photos from this afternoon’s shoot at the Irish Foundation Memorial, but I’ll post a few pictures taken at this evening’s dinner at The Pomegranate for now. If you live in Toronto or are just passing through, I highly recommend this Persian restaurant. It’s small, only 40 seats, so make a reservation if you plan to eat there.

  2. Instruction Video: Tim Tam Slamming

    I saw a photo of some Tim Tams in Kevin’s Flickr photostream, which brought back memories! I confess to have made this little ritual a regular part of my existence while in Australia. If you’ve never heard of this odd method of eating chocolate biscuits, here’s an instructional video. I’m partial to the corner method, myself. There’s a YouTube of Natalie Imbruglia demo’ing it, which I’ll dig up later.

  3. Blackjack Steals The Show

    While Arliin’s friends toasted her with a variety of beverages, we were entertained by a very cute black resident kitten (a smaller, less-hyper version of Miss Xena). I couldn’t decide which photos to post, so I’m posting ‘em all. Arliin would’ve been besotted with Blackjack, too, she was a self-admitted cat lady.
