    tonight I am cooking lasagna of epic proportions

    I’m cooking the lasagna of epic proportions tonight and I’m making my own sauce, too. (It’s been about 10 years since the last time I made my own tomato sauce!) The only thing I’ve added is tomato paste and noodles, the rest of it is fresh:

    - ricotta cheese
    - provolone cheese
    - mozzarella cheese
    - freshly grated parmesan cheese
    - Italian parsley
    - oregano
    - basil
    - rosemary
    - spinach
    - onions
    - Roma tomatoes
    - GARLIC (six whole ones!)
    - ground beef
