take our picture, please

I doubt there is another city of comparable size in the U.S. as portrait-friendly as Philadelphia. People actually LIKE having their photo taken there.

These guys spotted me in the alley near the Magic Gardens and asked me to take their picture. I ran out of Moo mini-cards, so I had to just tell them the name of my website. We’ll see if they remember.

Here’s another example of “please take my picture”:

he asked for a picture!

Even the local animals don’t mind having their picture taken, and even go so far as to sit still patiently while you focus on them:

  1. Fun pictures! I especially like the kitty, but that could be because (s)he looks just like my Sadie-cat. LOL

Great light in this shot, soft. Love how they all wear a different expression. They’re all georgeous! You’re SUCH a great photographer. Now they are immortalized.

Hermann would have loved the picture of the German Policedog. He had one when he was a boy (Rex). He talked about him a lot. Love the boys of Philly. Real “Hams”. Yes, boys will be boys! The wall in the background is pretty awesome too
