Hmmm, looks like the rates are substantially lower, but according to the rates page the discount stated only applies until the 3rd of April? And they only list those with restricted mobiity: http://www.tour-eiffel.fr/teiffel/uk/pratique/acces/page/tarifs.html#handi So the rest of the time the wheelchairs don't get the discount or access at all?
