74 and Counting

That’s how many photos from the trip that I’ve uploaded thus far, which of course is just a small fraction of the total. The light was fantastic every day, and all I wanted to do was be outdoors taking pictures. I did do one day of work last Thursday from Kevin’s house (so did Kevin), but the rest of the time was slotted for leisure. It was exactly the break from the northeast winter that I needed!

The photo set from the whole Bay Area trip can be viewed in the Pictobrowser (which includes the Flickr Birthday Party pictures) or as thumbnails or a slideshow. Just click on the picture to advance to the next one.

Bay Area Trip

Some of my favourite photos uploaded today are from the Marin Headlands, which is part of the enormous Golden Gate National Recreation Area.

Where else can you spot harbour seals and calla lilies TOGETHER in the wild?

Or find a place laidback and picturesque enough that you’d be willing to wait FIVE MINUTES for a stoplight?

better not be in a hurry

I’ll have more seal photos up this weekend, and a new banner image because it is officially SPRING!
