I was surrounded by all of the new staff at this ad firm. The partners were all in HI. Senior employees were taking the day off. What was left was a bunch of newbies. "You go first!" was followed by "No, you go first!" Finally, one of us took the plunge and seven others followed moments later. I was a follower.:) Enjoy your day off. Happy New Year!
