The Master Tinkerer

David working on the Piper Tri-Pacer’s brakes. If he were sitting here in ground school class with me while I learn about engine components, he’d nudge me and say, “Hey Gail, were you paying attention when I was tinkering?!?”

I don’t suppose your answer would be anything like “No, I was just looking at your butt.”

I’d also be saying something like, “The in-flight entertainment’s gonna be extra, mister.”

I can just see Dave’s long fingers reaching places I would not be able to. That’s how I remember him and Hermann, tinkering around. They both had the ability and patience to do that. Keep up the good posting job Gail. I love to see pictures that bring back the memories of old.
