Jez took this photo; it’s one of the only photos taken today. All of us were in the Niagara region — the gentlemen played golf on the Canadian side and I took the ladies to the American side to go shopping at the outlet mall. By all accounts, everyone enjoyed themselves. Well, everyone except me, because I’m still fuming over the interrogation I received at U.S. Customs and I’m severely allergic to shopping malls. The next time I cross the line I will have Hugh’s ashes with me, and if I get any hassle over that, I’ll probably have a meltdown.
