Taken with my new Nokia 6682 cameraphone (more on this later), driving along Bathurst Street today.
I had no idea ducts were so hard done by that they’d need a world-class service to — in the language of U.S. Army recruitment — be all that they can be. My first impulse was to tell David, who was in advertising and shared my love for absurd signage and the like. He’s so much a part of my everyday activities that I still find myself thinking, ‘Oh, I can’t wait to tell him’ or ‘he’d love to know about this’.
I was going to write up Hugh’s dysadventure at the vet yesterday, then I remembered it was covered in the comments underneath his picture — but Flickr is down right now so I can’t point you there. Ah well, the sorry tale will be told once Flickr’s back up and running again.
UPDATE: Flickr’s back up, so I’ll direct you to that aforementioned picture now.
